Repair
"Restores some armor to the friendly Monster whose armor has taken the most damage."
If your repairing monster has taken the most armor damage, it will repair itself.
Notable Rulesets
Top 3 Rulesets | Bottom 3 Rulesets |
Armored Up - The more armor the better when repair is involved! | Unprotected - all armor is removed from this ruleset. Consider whether your monster with Repair is still a good fit |
Weak Magic - Magic hits armor first before hitting the health stat directly. Extra armor will extend your monsters lives! |
Keep Your Distance - in lieu of melee monsters, consider whether your opponent is likely to use magic monsters which attack the health stat directly (unless void armor is in play). Ranged attacks will hit armor first. |
Up Close and Personal - Only monsters with melee attacks can be used. Consider adding additional armor with Protect and including a monster with repair in your lineup. | Back to Basics - monsters lose all abilities. Consider whether a monster with Repair is the best choice despite loss of this ability. Review strength of attack, position, and speed. |
Notable Abilities
Top 3 Abilities | Bottom 3 Abilities |
Void Armor - magic attack hit armor before health. Protect the main health stat by maintaining your armor. | Rust - Reduces the Armor of all enemy Monsters. If your opponent plays a monster with rust, repair is nullified until the monster with Rust is destroyed |
Protect - all friendly monsters gain +2 armor - giving your repairing monster more to repair! If your monster gained their armor from protect, it can be dispelled
|
Piercing - Be ware of your opponent's piercing monster. If they land an attack, it will pierce through your armor and hit the main health stat. |
Demoralize - Reduces the melee attack of enemy monsters. Ensure that your opponents are unable to defeat your monsters before repair takes effect. | Shatter - Target's armor is destroyed when hit by an attack from Monsters with Shatter. |
