1. Oppress will trigger via Blast Splash Damage.
2. Oppress will trigger against all no-attack targets, even the Untrainable.

Notable Rulesets

1. Target Practice - All ranged and magic attack units have Snipe. If your opponent is likely to use a non-attack unit not in the first position, oppress will double the damage dealt.
2. Melee Mayhem/Going the Distance/Wands Out - These rulesets disqualify units with no attack rendering oppress useless.  

Notable Abilities

1. Weapons Training - If a unit has no attack without weapons training, oppress will still do double damage to them.
2. Snipe- at times, opponents may place units with no attack in the second position to draw sniping fire. Rebuke these efforts with Oppress!
