1.  Adjacency is not required for Pinpoint to trigger.
2. Attack Accuracy has no impact on whether sneak attacks buffed by Pinpoint will land. Speed differentials and abilities like Dodge and Flying do not prevent these sneak attacks from landing. 

Notable Modifiers

1. Pinpoint is an absolute must-have within the Super Sneak modifier (all units with a melee attack have sneak). Granting your units with melee power or the armored strike ability True Strike with Pinpoint!
