Let's first define each of these terms:
-
Attack order: Speed, attack type, rarity, and level determine the order in which units attack.
- When the Reverse Speed modifier is present, the order is reversed.
- When the Enraged Warriors modifier is present, melee units attack before magic units while the other attack ordering factors remain the same.
- Attack accuracy: All units start with 100% attack accuracy, but when a unit attacks, there is a chance that the attack will miss depending on certain variables applied by the unit's abilities, speed, and archon's buffs and debuffs.
Other Factors That Affect Attack Order
- Ambush - Ambush allows units with that ability to attack in a pre-round (before round 1). Attack order applies if multiple units have Ambush.
- Brawls - If you fight in a Brawl and the Home Team has their Barracks upgraded to at least level 1, then the Home Team gains the advantage of going first whenever there is a tie in attack order.
Other Factors That Affect Attack Accuracy
- True Strike - If the attacking unit has True Strike, then that unit's attack is guaranteed to hit its target
- Aim True modifier - If a battle has the Aim True modifier, all attacks will always hit their target.
- Phase - If the target unit has Phase, magic attacks become vulnerable to the Attack Accuracy reductions above.
- Snare - If the attacking unit has Snare and is attacking a Flying Unit, then that unit's attack is guaranteed to hit its target.
