If you want a quicker response, you can try posting your question on the Splinterlands Discord server https://discord.gg/CAFJRjY in the #tech-support and #mobile-tech-support channels. Be careful of scammers pretending to be customer support though. On Discord, support staff have official Discord roles. Either a green "Official Customer Support Staff" or blue "Customer Support Volunteer Helper" role.
If someone privately DM's you about customer support and they do not have any of those two roles in the Splinterlands channel, then do NOT share any information with them, click on any links they provide, or send them any money/assets/tokens. Some scammers may also impersonate support staff by using the same profile picture and choosing a similar username so please make sure that the person has one of these two official Discord roles:
