If you have found your account to have been denied services from the Splinterlands website, (whether you know the reason or not) you may inquire about the action by submitting a ticket, and providing why you believe you might have been banned. In the ticket, please explain what actions you recall prior to having been denied services. The most common example of a ban offense is buying cards from an alternate account owned by the same person or a friend/family member off of the market for credits, in order to exchange credits for DEC, which is against the Terms and Conditions. The appropriate department will work on the ticket and communicate how to proceed with the appeal from there.
