If players do not have enough cards to fill a fray, they will be met with a low card warning that can be toggled on or off in settings. If players choose to enter a fray without sufficient cards, they will be met with a notification stating that there are no cards available for that fray. Avoid this by ensuring that you have playable cards for that specific fray.
What should be considered when selecting a fray?
View Guild Brawl Tiers & Frays Sets for a breakdown of the various fray compositions. When selecting a Fray, consider:
- Foil - While some frays allow regular and gold foil cards to be played, others only allow gold foil cards to be played. If you select a gold foil fray, ensure that you have a variety of gold foil units and Archons to select from.
- Set - Fray composition is a mix of the various sets in playable in both modern and wild formats. Ensure that you have playable cards from whichever set you select a fray in.
- Level - While cards beneath the levels specified in the fray may be used, keep in mind that your competition may play the highest level cards allowed. Review summoning unit restrictions to ensure that your Archons can call forth units at the appropriate level.
Do you have playable cards for a specific fray?
When choosing a fray, hover over the icons next to your fray info to view the parameters. The above Fray allows for Gold Cards. With advanced level caps, the highest level summoners permitted are 8 for Common, 6 for Rare, 5 for Epic, and 3 for Legendary summoners. The permitted card sets are Untamed, Dice, Chaos Legion, and Riftwatchers.
- If you are missing cards, but have already signed up for the Fray, you can rent cards or a whole set for a season to supplement your deck. A strong team and reward in Merits and SPS may make the money you spend on rentals worth it.
Use Card Market Filters to ensure that you are renting appropriate cards. Follow How to Rent Cards for step-by-step instructions.
