Unfortunately, users may experience battles being surrendered automatically from time to time. Every report is valuable to our research team. If you experience this issue, please submit a ticket to Tech Support and include the information requested below.
**If you are unable to supply all of the requested information, please still submit a report so that we may better track the issue.
Auto-Surrender Report: Required Information
Please include the following in your report:
1. The time and date of the surrendered match.
2. Which browser were you using? Please confirm that it is fully updated.
3. Please confirm your account name AND your opponent's name.
4. What was the instance? (Challenge, Modern, Wild, Brawl, Tournament - please include the tournament ID).
5. If you were allowed to select a team, please share the lineup.
6. Did you have rentals that may have expired during the battle?
7. Did you attempt a hard refresh (ctrl+F5) before the timer ran out? Did this have an impact?
8. Include the Team submission log
9. Include text AND a screenshot of the console log as the surrender occurred.

10. Please use the Battle History API to locate the battle_queue_id
**You must use the API as soon as possible to ensure that you can locate the battle
- https://api2.splinterlands.com/battle/history2?player=USERNAME (Wild Mode)
- https://api2.splinterlands.com/battle/history?player=USERNAME (Modern Mode)
- (ctrl+f) and search for the word "surrender."
- You will be looking for "is_surrender": true to locate your battle
- You will be looking for "is_surrender": true to locate your battle
- Once you find is_surrender:true you will copy the battle Battle ID = sl_0988f7bb23d23a4a3f506cd64a8667d3
- If you would like, you can input the battle id into the battle/result API for more information about that battle
11. Please share whether this is your first report on the issue. If not, please include the previous ticket number(s).

12. Include other relevant details such as patterns, whether this tends to happen against particular opponents, particular times of day, whether this happens when you select specific cards etc...

**If in the future you are unable to select a team and are facing this same issue, attempt a hard refresh (ctrl+F5). If this does not help, proceed to the console log, then locate the Battle ID.
** You can also try to Change your HIVE Node to ensure that you have the best connection.
