Why did my WAX transfer get stuck?

When it comes to transfers between the WAX blockchain and Splinterlands, there are occasions when a transfer initiated by a user may become stuck. In any cases where the user is not at fault and has successfully completed the necessary steps to move an asset appropriately from a wallet on one chain to the correct destination wallet on the other, we may be able to help. In "some" cases of user error, though, assets may not be retrievable by the Splinterlands support team.

Note: Keep in mind that the correct spelling of our WAX address for transfers to the game is "splintrlands" (without the 'e' as shown).

Below is a list of the possibilities that may appear to some users as a "stuck" transfer.

Card/Land/Pack Transfers - WAX to Splinterlands

1. 1. 1. Sent to incorrect address - [Irretrievable]
      2. Sent to correct address, but forgot to include username in memo - [Retrievable]
      3. Sent to correct address, but included incorrect username in the memo - [Irretrievable]
      4. High volume of traffic (Might still receive assets at a delay) - [Retrievable]
      5. Bridge failure - [Retrievable]

Card/Land/Pack Transfers - Splinterlands to WAX

1. 1. 1. Never assigned a WAX wallet address to Splinterlands account in settings - [Retrievable]
      2. Incorrect WAX wallet address was assigned to Splinterlands account - [Irretrievable]
      3. High volume of traffic (Might still receive assets at a delay) - [Retrievable]
      4. Bridge failure - [Retrievable]
