How to Find Transaction ID or Hash on Tron (TRX) Chain or Network

When you create a Customer Support Ticket with a transfer issue, you will be asked to include the transaction ID (txID) of the transaction with the issue. You can find the transaction ID in your wallet histories from Tron (TRX) on at least a couple of different blockchain explorers. In this example, we are using tronscan.org. There are also other articles on other cryptocurrency transfers on other blockchains, like BSC, ETH, Hive-Engine, and WAX.

How to Find Transaction ID on Tron (TRX) Chain or Network

Step 1: Go to - https://tronscan.org/#/ 


Step 2: Enter your wallet address within the explorer's search bar, as shown above.


Step 3: Click on the transaction hash for the transfer (you believe to be the correct one) containing the amount of TRX utilized as payment. Then, click on the link of the transaction hash shown on the left-hand side of the screen in the first column and within the same row of the amount of TRX transferred.


Step 4: Click on the copy icon to the right of the transaction hash to copy the string of characters. You may then proceed to paste this information into your ticket.
