How to Find Transaction ID or Hash on Binance Smart Chain (BSC)

When you create a Customer Support Ticket with a transfer issue, you will be asked to include the transaction ID (txID) of the transaction with the issue. You can find the transaction ID in your wallet histories from Binance Smart Chain (BSC) on several different blockchain explorers. In this example, we use https://www.bscscan.com/. But there are also other articles on other cryptocurrency transfers on other blockchains, like: TRX, ETH, Hive-Engine, and WAX.

Step 1: Go to - https://www.bscscan.com/ 

Step 2: Enter your wallet address within the explorer's search bar as shown above.


Step 3: Click on the "BEP-20 Token Txns" tab, and proceed to locate your transfer showing the appropriate token and amount of that token sent. Once you found the correct transaction, click on the transaction hash located within the first column of the same row.

Step 4: Click on the underlined copy icon right of the Transaction Hash to copy the transaction ID. Paste this information to your ticket.
