How to Find Your Wax Receipt

The wax wallet explorer doesn't have a quick way of finding your receipt for payments made in WAX if your history is expansive. In order to find your receipt, you will need to comb through the history of your wax wallet to find the specific transaction. In order to make your search easier, we suggest you look around the date range of the payment that you are searching for.

Note: The filters within the wax.bloks.io explorer seem to break for a great many users when attempting to narrow results, which is why in this guide we will be providing the current most effective method to locating your purchase receipts without utilizing such filters.

Locating a WAX Transaction

Step 1:Go to https://wax.bloks.io/ and input your wax address into the search bar.

Step 2: You will see your wax wallet address and resources available.

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the page selection options. In this example, there are over 200 pages, use the page # option to get an ideal date range to search through.

Step 4. Check through these pages around the date of your purchase, and you can locate a transaction similar to the one provided in the screenshot below.

Please make sure you copy the transaction ID (circled in green), as well as the P-ID (circled in purple) to provide within your ticket submission.
