How to Purchase Vouchers on Hive Engine

Vouchers are required for discounts on packs and for the purchase of Mage Wagons.  They may also be used to boost your chances of receiving a Gold Foil airdrop card. Vouchers are a benefit airdropped to those with SPS staked. Additional vouchers may be purchased on Hive Engine. Review the following requirements prior to attempting to purchase vouchers on hive engine:

• Ensure that you have Hive Keychain Installed. This is required to login.
• Ensure that you have Hive within your hive wallet.
  • You may sell DEC for Hive 
  • You may Convert SWAP.HIVE to HIVE
  • Buying HIVE with SPS to Stake HIVE to get more RC (Resource Credits) for Crypto starters
  • Buy DEC or SPS with Fiat or Crypto (certain restrictions apply).

How to Purchase Vouchers on Hive Engine

Step 1: Click either your SPS or DEC balance in the upper right corner. Next, navigate to the Vouchers tab and click Hive Engine. 

Step 2: Click the login button in the upper right corner. Enter your username, and Login with Keychain.

Step 3: Scroll down to view the Buy and Sell orders to determine a reasonable price for the vouchers you wish to purchase. If you would like your order to be filled immediately, click the Ask for a sell order, and modify the quantity you wish to purchase. Otherwise, create a Buy Order with the amount you with to pay. Ensure that you are working within the Buy VOUCHER section.

Step 5: When you have reviewed your order, click Buy VOUCHER. Confirm the transaction with Hive Keychain.  

Note the transaction's success and your updated balance. 

Step 6: Return to your Splinterlands account. Your newly purchased vouchers are now visible next to Hive Engine.

Step 7: In order to transfer your vouchers in game, vouchers must first be transferred to the SPS chain prior to transferring them in game. To accomplish this:

• Click the Transfer button.
• Under From, use the drop down menu to select Hive Engine.
• Under To, use the drop down menu to select SPS chain.
• Input the quantity and click Transfer. Be sure to confirm the transaction.

Step 8: Note your updated SPS Chain balance. Next, use the drop down menu to transfer your vouchers from SPS Chain to In Game. Click Transfer. Be sure to confirm the transaction.

Step 9: View your updated In Game voucher balance. Now, you may use your vouchers in Splinterlands.
