Promo Tokens can be obtained in two ways: either by purchasing a Generous Gift Box during the Winterfest Gift Box sale or by receiving one directly from a friend.
Once you have your token, follow the instructions below to redeem it and redeem it.
* Promo Tokens are valid for 2026, must be redeemed before the end of 2026
Step 1
Logged in your account, access to your Inventory, Items menu and select "Other" to access to your inventory.
Step 2
Locate the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the right side next to the Promo Token, then select USE from the menu.
Step 3
Clicking the USE button should navigate you to the Spellbook Purchase page, where various options are available. To redeem a Promo Token, select “TOKEN” from the options available.
Step 4
Click the “USE PROMO TOKEN” button.
Step 4
Once successful, you will be prompted to choose a username (if you don't have one). This will become your new account name, and a corresponding HIVE account with the same name will be automatically created for you.
Step 5
Once you’ve chosen your username, your account has been successfully created.
Please note that Conclave Arcana Starter Packs and Credits are only included with a Spellbook Purchase.
Promo code redemptions do not grant either packs or credits.
Step 6
Request your Hive Keys by following the 5 Steps to Retrieving Your Hive Private Keys. Once redeemed, store them in a safe and secure place.
