On 9/24/2024, Splinterlands added a chatbot to the Splinterlands site (mobile devices excluded).

Why?
On-site support chat is an effort to ensure that players get the assistance they need to be successful in Splinterlands! While live support staff are not available 24/7, users can talk to an automated bot and leave questions for support agents to respond to when they are online.
The bot uses our knowledge center to recommend articles that may be useful to players. Locate the knowledge center by clicking the purple question mark in the header.
