Our Brawl is Stuck! What Do We Do?

Sometimes at the end of a brawl one or more battles get stuck. This prevents the entire brawl from resolving. Crowns and merits are delayed until the stuck brawl is fixed.

If your brawl is stuck, please submit a support ticket.

Include the following information:

1. What guild are you in?

2. What battle is stuck?

3. If possible, include a screenshot of the pending brawl Guild results.

What happens now?

Once the stuck brawl is reported, the development team will address the issue. Unfortunately, it is usually not possible to determine who would have won the battle. Instead, the battle will be resolved so that it does not count as a win, loss, or draw. The battle will contribute no points to either guild, which may impact the final standings.
