Submitted sticker designs must comply with Splinterlands’ community standards.
They may not include profanity, hate speech, illicit or sexually explicit imagery, threats, personal attacks, harassment, impersonation, private information, copyrighted or trademarked material you do not have permission to use, or content intended to disrupt, target, or negatively impact another player’s enjoyment of the game.
Splinterlands retains sole discretion to approve, reject, modify, decline to publish, or remove any sticker at any time, including after approval, if the sticker is later found to be inappropriate, infringing, misleading, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the game, community, legal, or brand standards.
By submitting this form, you certify that you own all necessary artistic, intellectual property, and other rights in the submitted work, and you grant Splinterlands a worldwide, transferable, license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, promote, sell, print, mint, modify for formatting, and otherwise make the sticker available in connection with Splinterlands products, services, marketing, and community features.
You agree that you are responsible for your submission and will indemnify Splinterlands against claims arising from your submitted content or rights violations. Sticker leaderboard participation, rankings, rewards, and eligibility are subject to Splinterlands’ Fair Play Policy, and Splinterlands may adjust rankings, withhold rewards, or disqualify submissions in cases of abuse, manipulation, fraud, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
