When it comes to transfers between the WAX blockchain and Splinterlands, there are occasions when a transfer initiated by a user may become stuck. In any cases where the user is not at fault and has successfully completed the necessary steps to move an asset appropriately from a wallet on one chain to the correct destination wallet on the other, we may be able to help. In "some" cases of user error, though, assets may not be retrievable by the Splinterlands support team.
Note: Keep in mind that the correct spelling of our WAX address for transfers to the game is "splintrlands" (without the 'e' as shown).
Below is a list of the possibilities that may appear to some users as a "stuck" transfer.
