Purchases of DEC or SPS with a credit card as your chosen payment method on the Splinterlands website are handled by a third-party payment processor known as Transak.
If your inquiry is about a purchase you made using their service, you will want to check your email address for a provided link from Transak on your order status. If you see that the order is completed and there is a Txid available, you may contact us instead. Please provide your order ID and transaction ID (Txid), and we will help resolve your issue.
If you experience an error with their KYC or an order that was not completed and you were not provided with a Txid, then you may provide the details of your issue directly with Transak's support.
The information will look like the image above. You will need to provide Transak support with your Order ID so they can identify which purchase attempt was yours and check the status of the purchase.
