Purchases of DEC or SPS with a credit card on the Splinterlands website are handled by a third-party payment processor known as Transak.
If your inquiry is about a purchase you made using their service, you will want to check your email address link provided by Transak on your order status. If you see that the order is completed and there is a Transaction ID (TxID) available, you may contact us instead. Please provide your order ID and transaction ID (TxID) and we will help resolve your issue.
If you experience an error with their Identity Verification/KYC or an order was not completed and you were not provided with a TxID, then you may send the details of your issue directly to Transak support. When you visit their support page, you will need to begin the process by starting a live chat with their bot by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner of the page.
The information will look like the image above. You will need to provide Transak support with your Order ID so they can identify which purchase attempt was yours and check the status of the purchase.
Transak Support can guide you from there and assist in resolving your purchase issue.
