Alternative Mobile Browser Login - Full Version

Some users experience issues on their devices with the app login and the mobile website (m.splinterlands.io). Even when they try the normal website (splinterlands.com), their mobile device keeps re-routing or redirecting them back to the mobile website (m.splinterlands.io) instead of continuing on the normal website (splinterlands.com). There is a trick to make sure you will not be re-routed to the mobile website by avoiding the "play now" button, but instead, use the "login" and "battle" links from within the Menu.


Step-by-Step Version

First, you will need to type splinterlands.com into the search bar of your preferred browser. You will have to click on the appropriate link, or it may automatically route you to the correct site (make sure you type the site's name correctly, or you could encounter a scammer's fake website).

After encountering the main page, make sure you DO NOT click on the "Play Now" button but instead click on the three lines (Menu button) located at the screen's upper-right. If you click on the Play Now button from a mobile device, it may route you to m.splinterlands.io instead - this is not what we are aiming for in this guide.

After clicking on the menu button, more options will appear, including the login button. Click on this button to proceed to the next window, where you will input your login details.

From here, you may enter your Splinterlands username private posting or private active key (DO NOT include the @ symbol before your Splinterlands username, as it will just report as invalid within the field). Alternatively, you can log in with your email address and password. Then, click on the login button below the two fields.

Now that you are logged in, ignore the "Play Now" button and go to the menu again. You will always do this when encountered to avoid being redirected to m.splinterlands.io.

You should see that you are now logged into your account. You may navigate to one of these options, such as the "Battle" tab for the website, but do it by clicking on the corresponding menu option.

Once you are logged in, you could also use the direct links (and save them as favorites) instead of the menu. See the appendix for an overview of all the direct links.

From here, you should be able to see many similar details available on mobile versions of the game, hopefully without any visual errors. Effects may vary occasionally depending on your device.

If you have an open ticket regarding this issue, please report it within the same ticket (that this workaround had not resolved your issue).
