Bridge transfers on the Splinterlands website or app between BSC or ETH networks and Splinterlands are handled by a third-party service called ZKCross. All support requests (including missing SPS and DEC) about these transfers can be handled by submitting a ticket.
When contacting our support team, please provide any information regarding the transfer so we can assist you in a timely manner along with the ZKCross support team, as we will open a ticket for you with them.
Details that will help support with assisting you in your case will be information such as:
- Your wallet address
- How much of what tokens were transferred
- The chain/network utilized for the transfer
- Deposit address
- Transaction hash
- Your Splinterlands username.
To locate the transaction hash - depending on whether you were transferring inwards towards your Splinterlands wallet or outwards towards a BSC or ETH wallet, follow the step-by-step guides below this section.
To save the support department time and help your issue get solved faster, please use the following guides to add the transaction ID's to your ticket.
Transferred Out (Splinterlands to Somewhere Else)
Locating Your Transaction ID
Step 1: Copy, paste, and replace the YYYYYYYY and XXX within the following link with your username and the token type sent (use lowercase for username, & uppercase for token type): https://api2.splinterlands.com/players/balance_history?username=YYYYYYYY&token_type=XXX&limit=1000
For example: https://api2.splinterlands.com/players/balance_history?username=gandalf-the-grey&token_type=SPS&limit=1000
Step 2: After producing results with the link, you should see the last 1,000 transactions that were made recently for that token type. In order to find the appropriate transaction ID, either use the find tool to locate "terablock-bsc" or "terablock-eth", depending on your method of transfer. You may also specify the amount you transferred within the find tool, for example, if you had transferred out 125.5 SPS, you may use the tool to instead look up "125.5". (The names for these bridge accounts all reference "Terablock", which is the original name for ZKCross; the company name has changed but these bridge account names are still used).
Step 3: You should see the long string of characters defined as the "trx_id". This is the transaction ID string you provide to support, as well as the deposit address you were attempting to transfer towards. Within the screenshot above, the ID is shown as "d69d39621f1e1220d21d83db7f0c463f5ee77e71".
