Sometimes at the end of a brawl, one or more battles get stuck, preventing the entire brawl from resolving. Similarly, crowns and merits are delayed until the stuck brawl is fixed.
If this happens to your guild, please post in the Discord #brawls channel. Please identify the following:
1. What guild are you in that has the stuck brawl?
2. What battle is stuck? Example: Byzantine Kitty in Summoner's Tribe vs. Zaku in the Guild of Neoxian
3. If possible, include a screenshot of the pending brawl Guild results.
Once the stuck brawl is reported, the development team will address the issue. Unfortunately, it is usually not possible to determine who would have won the battle. Instead, the battle will be resolved so that it does not count as a win, loss, or draw. The battle will contribute no points to either guild, which may impact the final standings.
