Below are the instructions on how to transfer your DEC from your steem-engine account. To complete these steps, you will need to have steem keychain installed with your current active key.
1. Click on your current DEC balance to access the transfer capabilities.
2. These instructions will only work if you have DEC in Steem Engine.
2. Select the amount you want to transfer in and click the transfer in button. This will only work if the steem keychain is installed, circled in blue below. 
3. Keychain will now pop up asking if you want to confirm the transaction to bring the DEC back into the game. Please click confirm.
4. You will get a keychain success message, and your DEC should arrive from the sl-steem account.

the other way to send the dec is to login to steem-engine.net with steem keychain and send the dec to steemmonsters
