What do I need to know about locking cards?
To play with your Soulkeep cards in-game they must be Locked. To list your cards for rent or delegate them, they must be Locked.
To transfer or sell your cards, they must be Unlocked.
Where do I go for help?
Once you click the Play Now! button, Double Coconut provides technical support on issues found in-game. This includes but is not limited to:
- Gameplay - Review the Main Game Rules & Whitepaper.
- Receiving transferred credits into Soulkeeep
- Viewing your collection in-game (first ensure that your cards are locked Soulkeep: Lock new cards from packs/rewards by default).

Splinterlands will provide tech support for managing your Soulkeep assets on the Splinterlands site. This includes:
- Opening packs
- Interfacing with the marketplace
- Soulkeep Cards are only available as Daily Rentals
- Viewing your collection

- Viewing your currency activity

How can I transfer credits into Soulkeep?
Players may choose to transfer credits to Soulkeep to buy in-game items. Purchase Credits on the Splinterlands site, then use the box below to input the number of Credits you wish to transfer. Next, click Transfer.
- Note: Once Credits are transferred to Soulkeep, they cannot be transferred back to Splinterlands.
How do I claim rewards earned in Soulkeep?
To claim rewards earned in Soulkeep, navigate to the SPS dashboard and scroll down to the Rewards waiting in Soulkeep box. Click Claim All.
- Rewards waiting in Soulkeep can be claimed an unlimited number of times per day. Once SPS moves to your rewards balance, it has the same restrictions as claiming rewards.
- SPS rewards move to the box above where they must be claimed with your other rewards.
- Your Nightmare pack balance should be updated in the Mana Well and in your Inventory.
- View your potions update balance in the Mana Well.
- Review these activities in your Splinterlands Currency Activity CSV
How do I claim my airdrop?
To claim your airdrop, navigate to the Claim Airdrop tab under the Soulkeep header. View your Hero in your collection.
Do I still get SPS from holding Nightmare packs?
No. SPS rewards for holding nightmare packs have been discontinued. The SPS previously used for rewards is now earnable in the Soulkeep game itself.
